No delivery by post is accepted.<\/p>\n<p>3\u3001\u820a\u6703\u54e1\u672a\u5728\u6e05\u67e5\u671f\u9650\u5167\u8fa6\u7406\u91cd\u65b0\u5165\u6703\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u672c\u6703\u5c07\u505c\u6b62\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u4e4b\u6b0a\u5229\u4e26\u5168\u9762\u516c\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>If an old member has not carried out the renewing of the member certificate in a prescribed period,<\/p>\n<p>its membership may be suspended, which will be made known to all other members.<\/p>\n<p>4\u3001\u65b0\u820a\u5165\u6703\u6703\u54e1\u5fc5\u9808\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u95dc\u6838\u767c\u7acb\u6848\u8b49\u66f8\u53ca\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4e0d\u4e88\u540c\u610f\u5165\u6703\uff0c\u53ca\u7d44\u7e54\u767c\u5c55\u60c5\u6cc1\u5831\u544a\u66f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Both old and new members shall bring forth the document\u00a0indicating that they are duly recognized by their competent authorities and that the persons in charge are officially<\/p>\n<p>elected by their respective organizations together with a\u00a0report on the status of development of their organizations,\u00a0without which their membership may not be issued.<\/p>\n<p>\u6c7a\u8b70\uff1a\u5982\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8aaa\u660e\u4f9d\u7167\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Resolution: Actions be taken in pursuance with the above- Said description.<\/p>\n<p>\u4e94\u3001\u8a0e\u8ad6\u63d0\u6848Discussion on proposals<\/p>\n<p>(\u4e00)\u6848\u7531\uff1a2019\u5e74\u65b0\u820a\u6703\u54e1\u91cd\u65b0\u52a0\u5165\u5718\u9ad4\u6703\u54e1\u540d\u55ae\uff0c\u5982\u4e0b\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>Subject: The new group members of ICKF for 2019 are shown below:<\/p>\n<p>\u8aaa\u660eDescription:<\/p>\n<p>1\u3001\u820a\u6703\u54e1\u8cc7\u683c\u5be9\u67e5\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>Results of checking the old members:<\/p>\n<p>\uff081)\u5927\u4e0d\u5217\u985b\u4e2d\u83ef\u570b\u8853\u5354\u6703\u6240\u9644\u767b\u8a18\u65bc\u82f1\u570b\u4e2d\u83ef\u6b66\u8853\u5354\u6703\u57fa\u5c64\u800c\u6210\u7acb\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u8207\u9ad4\u5236\u4e0a\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e0d\u7b26\uff0c\u5982\u9644\u4ef6\u8acb\u63d0\u51fa\u5be9\u8b70\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Great Britain Chinese Kuoshu Federation: It was registered under\u00a0England Chinese Wushu Federation.<\/p>\n<p>They provided no certificate proving that the person in the charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, It seems its structure is not in line\u00a0with the system of ICKF. The person who applies\u00a0for membership is not the one who is in charge.<\/p>\n<p>\uff086\uff09\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u570b\u8853\u5354\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Russia Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members.<\/p>\n<p>\uff087\uff09\u65e5\u672c\u570b\u8853\u5354\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Japan Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members.<\/p>\n<p>\uff088\uff09\u963f\u6839\u5ef7\u570b\u8853\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Argentina Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially\u00a0elected, nor statute, nor status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members.<\/p>\n<p>2\u3001\u65b0\u6703\u54e1\u8cc7\u683c\u5be9\u67e5\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>Results of checking the new members:<\/p>\n<p>\u571f\u8033\u5176\u570b\u8853\u5354\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Turkey Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members.<\/p>\n<p>\uff081)\u55ac\u6cbb\u4e9e\u570b\u8853\u5354\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members.<\/p>\n<p>\uff082)\u570b\u8853\u6454\u8de4\u5354\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u7acb\u6848\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\uff0c\u9808\u8acb\u5e38\u9054\u5049\u8001\u5e2b\u7c3d\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Kuoshu Shuai-jiao Federation: They provided no certificate proving that the person in charge was officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members. It is requested that these be made known to and signed by Master Chang da-wei<\/p>\n<p>\uff085\uff09\u5df4\u62c9\u572d\u570b\u8853\u6703\uff1a\u7121\u9644\u4e0a\u5165\u6703\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u3001\u7acb\u6848\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u904b\u4f5c\u6982\u6cc1\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6210\u54e1\u540d\u518a\u3002\uff08\u9000\u56de\u826f\u6c11\u8b49\uff09<\/p>\n<p>Paraguay Chinese Kuoshu Federation: They provided\u00a0no certificate proving that the person in charge was\u00a0officially elected, nor statute, nor the status of organizational operations, nor roster of organization members. (Good\u00a0people\u2019s cards are returned)<\/p>\n<p>3\u3001\u53e6\u6709\u4e00\u4efd\u5165\u6703\u7533\u8acb\u672a\u586b\u59a5\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6240\u9700\u8b49\u4ef6\u5982\u672a\u88dc\u6b63\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u767c\u7d66\u5718\u9ad4\u6703\u54e1\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u5168\u90e8\u5df2\u9000\u56de\u5b89\u6771\u5c3c\u6703\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>There is another applicant who has not been issued group membership\u00a0because he didn\u2019t put forward the fore-mentioned material. All the\u00a0Europe Kuoshu Federations as mentioned above are recalled back to\u00a0Mr. Antonio for further actions.<\/p>\n<p>4\u3001\u672c\u5e74\u5ea6\u8d77\u91cd\u65b0\u6e05\u67e5\u6703\u54e1\u6703\u7c4d\uff0c\u6838\u767c\u5718\u9ad4\u6703\u54e1\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u5e74\u9650\u70ba\u5c46\u671f\u6eff,\u539f\u6703\u7c4d\u8b49\u66f8\u5931\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Beginning from 2019, all ICKF membership must be checked.<\/p>\n<p>Those whose members have expired should be renewed with the original ones cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>\u8aaa\u660eDescription:<\/p>\n<p>\uff081\uff09\u65b0\u5165\u6703\u6703\u54e1\u9808\u5230\u89aa\u81ea\u9818\u53d6\u6703\u54e1\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u4e0d\u63a5\u90f5\u5bc4\u65b9\u5f0f\u5230\u5e9c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>New member must attend the session of General\u00a0Assembly to receive the certificate, no delivery by post is accepted.<\/p>\n<p>\uff082\uff09\u8fd1\u65e5\u767c\u73fe\u820a\u6703\u54e1\uff0c\u672a\u7d93\u672c\u6703\u540c\u610f\u5c07\u570b\u969b\u806f\u76df\u6703\u5fbd\u7ae0\u79c1\u81ea\u653e\u81f3\u672c\u6703\u6703\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u672c\u6703\u5c07\u8fd1\u671f\u5167\u5168\u9762\u767c\u51fd\u4e26\u53d6\u6d88\u516c\u4f48\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Recently we find that a certain member has arbitrarily used\u00a0the ICKF seal without seeking its permission.<\/p>\n<p>This ICKF will publicize these violations online if the situation is serious, they may result in the cancelation of membership.<\/p>\n<p>\uff083)\u820a\u6703\u54e1\u672a\u5728\u6e05\u67e5\u671f\u9650\u5167\u8fa6\u7406\u91cd\u65b0\u5165\u6703\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u672c\u6703\u5c07\u505c\u6b62\u8a72\u6703\u54e1\u4e4b\u6b0a\u5229\u4e26\u5168\u9762\u516c\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>If an old member fails to apply for new membership within the prescribed time, his membership may be suspended, and be\u00a0made public to all other members.<\/p>\n<p>\uff084)\u65b0\u5165\u6703\u54e1\u5fc5\u9808\u9644\u4e0a\u7576\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u95dc\u6838\u767c\u7acb\u6848\u8b49\u66f8\u53ca\u7576\u9078\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4e0d\u4e88\u540c\u610f\u5165\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>New applicants must put forward documents indicating that\u00a0their organizations are duly recognized by their competent\u00a0authorities and that their persons in charge are officially\u00a0elected by their respective organizations, otherwise, their\u00a0applications for new memberships may be rejected.<\/p>\n<p>\uff085\uff09\u53d6\u6d88\u8a2d\u7acb\u8058\u4efb\u5206\u6703\u6703\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u8acb\u539f\u6709\u5370\u7ae0\u5373\u65e5\u8d77\u4f5c\u5ee2\u6536\u56de\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The appointment of the ICKF branch president shall be\u00a0cancelled, and the original seal shall be invalidated and\u00a0taken back from now on.<\/p>\n<p>\u6c7a\u8b70\uff1a\u5982\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8aaa\u660e\u4f9d\u7167\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\u88dc\u4ef6,\u91cd\u65b0\u8fa6\u7406\u5165\u6703\u624b\u7e8c\uff0c\u7d93\u6703\u8b70\u5be9\u6838\u901a\u904e\u5f8c\u624d\u53ef\u6b63\u5f0f\u6703\u54e1\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5148\u884c\u53d6\u6d88\u4f5c\u5ee2\u6b50\u6d32\u5206\u6703\u53ca\u5404\u570b\u5206\u6703\u5370\u7ae0\u3001\u8b49\u66f8,\u5404\u570b\u5206\u6703\u8cc7\u683c\u53d6\u6d88\u4f7f\u7528ICKF\u5fbd\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ICKF\u5c07\u6703\u767c\u6587\u5404\u570b\u65b0\u820a\u6703\u54e1\u4e26\u767c\u5e03\u7db2\u7ad9\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Resolution:<\/p>\n<p>According to the above-said description, all members shall submit the necessary prescribed documents and carry out\u00a0renewing member certificates.
